To participate in the Program, you must:
• hold a fully verified (KYC-approved) Cooked.us account;
• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; and
• not be located in, or promoting into, any restricted jurisdiction as defined in our Terms.
You must not register or participate in the Program on behalf of another person without our prior written consent.
We may request additional information (including KYC, KYB, and details of your traffic sources and promotional methods) at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any participation in the Program for any reason.
You will receive a unique referral link and/or code. A user will be deemed a referred player (“Purchaser”) only if they:
• register using your referral link or code; and
• complete a qualifying purchase and pass our internal compliance, fraud, and verification checks.
You must not refer yourself, create multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate the Program in any way (including through fraud, automated traffic, or misleading promotions).
Referral tracking and attribution are determined solely by our systems and records. We do not guarantee attribution in cases of conflicting tracking data (including where multiple affiliates are involved).
All determinations relating to referrals, attribution, wagering activity, house edge, and rewards are final and binding.
You earn a percentage of net house edge derived from eligible Sweeps Coins gameplay by your referred players across Sweepstakes Casino games. Gold Coin activity is not included.
For the purposes of the Program, “net house edge” means the value derived from Sweeps Coins gameplay, calculated as gross house edge less applicable deductions, including without limitation:
• promotional credits, rewards, incentives, and other promotional costs;
• payment processing and network fees;
• third-party provider fees (including game providers, data providers, liquidity providers and platform fees);
• fraud losses, chargebacks, payment reversals, or compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming related adjustments; and
• operational costs, adjustments or corrections reasonably associated with the player’s activity.
Our determination of net house edge is final and based on our internal systems and reporting.
Your commission rate, any tiering structure (e.g. based on referred first-time purchasers), and any promotional boosts are displayed in your dashboard or communicated by us. We may update these structures at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, each referred player will retain the commission rate applicable at the time of their initial registration via your referral link, which will apply to their eligible lifetime activity.
Referral earnings cannot be negative. Where adjustments exceed earnings for a given period, the balance will reset to zero and no negative carry-forward will apply.
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse any rewards where we reasonably determine fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Your rewards are calculated based on the eligible Sweeps Coins gameplay generated by your referred players and your applicable commission rate.
Rewards = Eligible Sweeps Coins Gameplay × Applicable Game Rate × Your Commission %
For the purposes of the Program, rewards are derived from the value generated by such gameplay, taking into account the applicable game characteristics and adjustments described in these Terms.
We may apply internal weighting factors and adjustments to ensure consistency across different game types, promotional activity, and platform costs.
All calculations are performed using our internal systems and reporting, and our determination is final.
Referral rewards are calculated automatically and accrue in real time as eligible Sweeps Coins gameplay by your referred players is completed. Your dashboard shows, at a minimum:
• number of referrals / first-time purchasers;
• total Sweeps Coins gameplay by your referred players; and
• your total and claimable rewards.
Rewards are credited as Sweeps Coins to your account. Sweeps Coins may be used for gameplay in accordance with our Terms and applicable rules, and may be eligible for redemption subject to those terms. Sweeps Coins are promotional credits and have no direct monetary value outside of the platform except as permitted under our Sweepstakes Rules.
You may claim your referral rewards once you meet the minimum claim threshold shown in your dashboard. Any redemption of Sweeps Coins is subject to our standard account, compliance and account verification checks.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees or charges that may apply.
You must:
• comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules and our brand/marketing guidelines;
• only use Cooked.us branding, offers and creative assets that we provide or approve;
• clearly label content as advertising or promotional content where required; and
• promptly update or remove any material we ask you to change or take down.
You must not:
• target or feature minors or vulnerable persons;
• market to or accept traffic from prohibited or restricted jurisdictions listed in our Terms of Service;
• promote or encourage use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise location or bypass our controls;
• suggest gameplay is a way to solve financial problems, an investment, guaranteed income, or a requirement for social status or success;
• misrepresent gameplay, rewards, offers, or the chances of winning;
• use spam, misleading claims, adware, malware, bots, or unapproved incentivized traffic;
• copy the Cooked.us website “look and feel” or present yourself as acting on our behalf;
• bid on, register, or use domain names, social accounts or paid search keywords that are identical or confusingly similar to our brands or domains.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and loss of rewards:
• self-referrals or referrals from accounts sharing your address, device, payment method or wallet;
• fake, duplicate or fabricated accounts;
• promotion abuse, arbitrage, or systematic attempts to exploit promotional or rewards systems;
• any other activity we reasonably consider fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms or the Agreement.
We may withhold, adjust or reverse rewards where we reasonably determine:
• fraud, chargebacks or payment reversals;
• promotion or rewards abuse;
• compliance or responsible gaming related adjustments, including account restrictions or closures;
• breach of these Terms, the Agreement, or applicable law.
All player accounts, activity data and personal information are owned and controlled by Cooked.us. You may not:
• access, store, copy, share, sell or otherwise use player data for your own purposes; or
• use player data other than as strictly necessary to monitor your own Program performance via our tools.
Any non-public information relating to our products, systems, commercial terms, performance or processes is confidential and must not be disclosed without our prior written consent.
You must comply with all responsible gaming, AML and KYC measures in place, including immediately ceasing promotion to any player we restrict, exclude or close.
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time on notice, including (without limitation) for regulatory reasons, reputational risk, suspected breach or inactivity.
You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us and closing your participation.
On termination you must immediately:
• stop promoting Cooked.us;
• remove or disable all Cooked.us links, codes, logos and creatives; and
• cease using any confidential information.
If we terminate your participation due to non-compliance, fraud, illegality, abuse, or breach of these Terms or the Agreement, we may withhold, adjust or reverse some or all unpaid rewards connected to the breach.
If we terminate your participation for other reasons, and we are not prohibited by applicable law or regulation from continuing to provide rewards, you will continue to receive rewards from previously referred players, subject to the applicable thresholds and checks.
If regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements prevent us from continuing to provide rewards, rewards may be discontinued from the date such restriction applies.
You participate as an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship. You have no authority to bind Cooked.us.
We may update these Terms and/or the Program (including tiers, rates, thresholds and eligibility) from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the site, dashboard or email. Your continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
