Example: Full name of sender and recipient, physical address or identifying information (e.g. national ID or date of birth), wallet address, wallet hash, asset, blockchain, timestamps, VASP ID owner, source type/provider, and client ID.

Example: Date, time, and activity within services; IP address; domain name; device/software/hardware attributes (e.g. camera type); general geographic location (city, country).

Geolocation Data
Example: IP address.

Unique Identifier
Example: Applicant ID used within the Checkin verification system.

Example: PEP (Politically Exposed Person) status and sanctions list presence.

Example: Information provided during communication with Checkin (e.g. requests, reports).

Example: User ID, device fingerprinting (screen size, browser, OS, etc.), session data, user interactions (mouse, keyboard, touch), activity timing, battery/emulator signals, motion sensor data.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third-parties for cross-context behavioral advertising that is not at least co-branded.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us.
• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out at any time by sending us an email stating your request to support@cooked.us. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase or other transactions.

We do not control third-party interest-based advertising practices. You may opt out of targeted advertising from participating companies via the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) opt-out tools.

Exercising Access, Correction, and Deletion Rights

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, you may also submit a verifiable consumer request to us at support@cooked.us.

If you decide to use an authorized agent, please also include written permission that you have designated that agent to make this request, or proof of the agent's power of attorney. We may follow up with you to verify your identity before processing your authorized agent's request.

For your consumer request to be verifiable, you must:
• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. You will need to provide:

 •    Address  
 •    E-mail address

• If you would like to know the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you, or to delete your personal information, we will request a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the user whose personal information is the subject of the request.
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement, or cause the information to be incorrect.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to provide timely responses to verifiable consumer request. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.

The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. For instance, California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Note that we do NOT share personal information with third parties (that are not members of the Cooked Group) for this purpose.
