The operator may, from time to time, offer promotions, rewards, sweepstakes offers, bonuses, contests, giveaways, tournaments, rakeback, or other promotional incentives (“Promotions”).
All Promotions are offered at the operator’s sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Additional terms may apply to specific Promotions and form part of these Terms where applicable.
Promotions involving Sweeps Coins are additionally subject to the platform’s Sweepstakes Rules, which govern sweepstakes mechanics, eligibility, alternative methods of entry, and redemption.
Promotions may be subject to eligibility, jurisdictional, verification, gameplay, play-through, expiry, abuse prevention, or other operational requirements determined by the operator.
Only one Promotion, account, or promotional allocation per person, household, device, payment method, IP address, or other identifiable relationship may be permitted unless otherwise expressly stated.
The operator reserves the right to withhold, revoke, limit, remove, or cancel any Promotion, promotional balance, prize, redemption, or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, manipulation, misuse, collusion, breach of these Terms, or other activity deemed contrary to the integrity of the platform or Promotion.
Promotions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed except where expressly permitted by applicable platform rules and policies.
Verification, including identity, compliance, source of funds, enhanced due diligence, or other checks, may be required before participation in Promotions or redemption of prizes.
The operator’s records and decisions relating to Promotions, eligibility, gameplay, redemptions, and abuse prevention shall be final in the event of any dispute.
