Cooked.us (the “Company”, “we,” “us”, or “our”) is committed to promoting and ensuring responsible social gameplay as a policy of customer care and social responsibility. We believe it is our shared responsibility with you, our users, to ensure that you enjoy your experience on our platform while remaining fully aware of the potential risks that can be associated with online gameplay if you don't remain in control.
For most people, playing online social games is an enjoyable leisure and entertainment activity. However, for some, social gameplay can have negative impacts. We have developed this policy to communicate our approach to responsible social gameplay and minimizing harm to users who may be vulnerable.
To ensure that you continue to enjoy safe and manageable play, we fully support responsible social gameplay, and have put measures in place to assist users who wish to control their social play. Accordingly, the Company has developed policies and features to enable customers to control their social play, and seek assistance when necessary. We reserve the right to activate these measures unilaterally if, in our sole discretion, we consider them necessary.
This Responsible Social Play Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Digital Chain US Limited Terms and Conditions. Terms that are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy. We may update this Policy at any time. You can find the date of the last update at the top of the policy. Any amendments will be published on the platform and such changes will be binding and effective immediately. Whenever we amend this Policy in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be detrimental, we will notify you upon your next login to the platform. If you do not agree to the amended Policy, you must stop using the platform.
In this Policy, we offer a comprehensive set of control tools designed to ensure your social gaming experience remains enjoyable and under control.
At Cooked.us, we strive to provide a safe environment for our players. We actively encourage and promote responsible social gameplay practices, and provide tools to assist our users in maintaining control of their social gameplay.

You can self-exclude your account by contacting our Customer Support team at support@cooked.us if you need assistance with making a self-exclusion request, or if you have any questions regarding the self-exclusion process described below. The support team will promptly respond and take all measures, as applicable, to block access to the customer’s account and to ensure the customer does not receive promotional materials during the period of self-exclusion.
