Cooked.us' VIP Status Match programme allows established, high-level players to have their existing social casino VIP status recognised and matched to the closest equivalent tier within Cooked.us' Rewards system.
If you've already built your status elsewhere, your rewards experience at Cooked.us shouldn't have to restart from the beginning.
The VIP Status Match programme is designed to recognise established players and give them access to the Cooked.us Rewards tier that reflects their existing level of play, subject to verification and approval.
Your record does the talking. We review the evidence you provide, assess your activity, and place you in the appropriate Cooked.us Rewards tier from the outset if approved.

What You Receive
Successful applicants will receive:
- Placement in the Cooked.us Rewards tier that most closely corresponds to your verified status at your previous social casino
- Full access to the standard benefits associated with that Cooked.us Rewards tier, including eligible rewards, VIP support, promotions, challenges, and other tier-based features available at the time
- Access to Cooked.us' wider VIP ecosystem, including VIP Milestone Challenges and other tier-based programmes where eligible

Who Qualifies
To be eligible for the VIP Status Match programme, you must:
- Be 18+ years old or the minimum legal age of majority (whichever is higher) in the jurisdiction you are located
- Hold an active Cooked.us account
- Have successfully completed Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 verification on your Cooked.us account
- Be able to provide adequate proof of your existing VIP status and betting activity at another social casino
- Not be accessing your account from a restricted territory (see the list of restricted territories under section 3.3 of Eligibility in Cooked.us' Terms of Service)
How to Apply
Step 1: Register a Cooked.us account
Sign up at Cooked.us as normal. You must have an active account before submitting an application.
Step 2: Complete all three verification levels
Before your application can be assessed, your account must have passed all three verification levels:

Applications can be submitted before verification is complete, however review will begin only once all verification levels have been successfully passed.
Step 3: Email the VIP team

Your email must include all of the following:
- Your Cooked.us username
- The name of the social casino you are applying to transfer from
- Your current VIP status or tier at that social casino
- Supporting proof of your status and activity (see below)

Proof of Status
You must provide evidence that demonstrates both your current VIP tier and your betting activity. The following formats are accepted:

Your evidence should clearly show:
- Your username or account identifier at the other social casino
- Your current status tier or VIP level
- Your recent wagering history and betting volume
Review Process
Once your application is received, the Cooked.us VIP team will:
- Confirm receipt of your application
- Review the evidence provided against Cooked.us' internal criteria
- Determine the closest equivalent Cooked.us Rewards tier, if applicable
- Contact you with the outcome via the registered email address on your account
- Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days, although additional verification requirements may extend this timeframe.
Cooked.us reserves the right to decline any application or to assign a different tier to the one you hold elsewhere. Each application is assessed individually and the VIP team's decision is final.
Important to Know
- VIP Status Match is separate from the VIP Milestone Challenge and other Cooked.us promotional programmes. Eligibility for those programmes is determined independently
- Eligibility for the VIP Status Match does not affect eligibility for other programmes, and vice versa
- There is no time limit on applying, but Cooked.us reserves the right to close or modify the programme at any time
- Matched status is not a permanent guarantee. Ongoing tier placement depends on continued activity that meets the requirements of your tier
- Submission of fraudulent, misleading, fabricated, altered, or incomplete evidence may result in rejection of the application and/or account action in line with Cooked.us' Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
- Be 18+ years old or the minimum legal age of majority (whichever is higher) in the jurisdiction you are located
- You must hold an active, fully verified Cooked.us account (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
- You must not be accessing your account from a restricted territory
- Applications must be submitted from the email address registered on your Cooked.us account
Status matching
- Cooked.us will assess submitted evidence and determine the most appropriate tier match at its sole discretion
- A status match does not guarantee placement in the same tier you hold elsewhere. Tiers are mapped to the closest Cooked.us Rewards equivalent
- No bonuses, free credit, free bets, or promotional incentives are provided as part of this programme under any circumstances
- Matched tier placement is subject to standard ongoing activity requirements
Evidence and verification
- Applicants are responsible for providing adequate proof of their status and betting history
- Cooked.us reserves the right to request additional evidence before making a determination
- Submission of false, misleading, or fabricated evidence will result in disqualification and may result in account action
General
- This programme is operated by Cooked.us
- Cooked.us reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw this programme at any time for operational, legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, or compliance reasons
- Players excluded from promotions under Cooked.us' Terms & Conditions may not be eligible for this programme
- In the event of any dispute, the VIP team's decision is final
- These terms should be read alongside Section 7 (Games and Promotions) within Cooked.us' Terms & Conditions
- Status matches are only available to the original owner of the source account. Evidence must relate to an account controlled and operated by the applicant. Transferred, purchased, shared, rented, or third-party accounts are not eligible
- Cooked.us reserves the right to request updated evidence or reconfirm a player's status with additional verification checks where reasonably required
